Dividends

Dividends will be paid quarterly by each company to its tokenholders out of its profits.

YOC´s companies will have all the same set of rules and parameters to determine dividends distribution:

-> Frequency: Quarterly

-> Dividends Distribuition Rules:

Once these criteria have been met, you will be able to withdraw your dividends from the "My Projects" section of the website.

The dividend you get is proportional to the tokens you have in comparation to total tokens released at fundraising stage. Important to highlight that the number of token released for each company is unchangeable. This is protected by the smart contract itself. That means that if you keep your tokens, your participation will never be diluted.

To claim your dividends, simply click on the "Claim Dividend" button to access them.

Note: 10% of the liquid profit will be paid to YOC as performance fee. Thus, YOC only charges the companies when they are profitable. See more on Performance Fee chapter.
