YOC is a a cutting-edge Web3 decentralized application (DAPP) that uses decentralized finance (Defi) processes and technology to fundraise for innovative projects and brand new companies. Our platform is multichain, operating on various blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, Near, BNB, and Solana. Projects available for fundraising are distributed across different chains, with each project available on a specific chain. To get started, evaluate the projects and choose the one that interests you the most based on the best returns, implementation timeline, or type of service. At YOC, you are the decision-maker, and once you have selected a project, you can invest in it by purchasing its project token. You decide the amount of investment, which determines the percentage of the company's dividends that will be sent to you and the weight of your decisions on the company's strategic decisions.

Every project has a limited amount of tokens, all issued at once at initial offer. Thus, your investment and percentage of total participation will not be diluted. The fundraising period is set initially to take up to 3 months.

Once you have bought the project tokens, they are held in the project's smart contracts, awaiting the following events:

• 70% of fundraising goal: At this point the projects are garanteed to become reality. The fundraising deadline is extended to an extra period of 3 months, so that the fundraise achieve 100%;

• 100% of fundraising goal: The project is now a company, at incorporation stage! At this moment, tokens become available to be bought or sold at the "Trade Companies’ Tokens" section, the platform’s secondary market;

• Fundraising deadline of 3 months is reached and fundraising did not reach 70%: The token is automatically canceled, and you receive 100% of your investment back, plus earnings.

During the fundraising period investors have the following benefits:

While you wait for your project to become a reality, you can visit the Trade Projects area of the platform, where you can buy, sell, and auction tokens for other projects. Additionally, you can stake tokens, invest, and receive rapid returns on liquidity farms!
